Prior to joining Hyland Bay, Randy served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Beazer Homes and D R Horton. His role as President of Ultimate New Home Sales and Marketing provided him with the management experience to develop an impressive team of managers who directly contributed to the success of a number of homebuilder onsite Sales Associate outsourced through Ultimate’s staffing expertise. A testament to his success and accomplishments, he has received numerous, MAME, ELAN and SMC awards.
Randy’s successful career in new home sales both in direct onsite sales and sales management provides the expertise to share his current sales philosophies to the most seasoned new home sales associate while offering his genuine desire to enhance workshop attendee passion to exceed managements expectations.
Matt L. Rix – National Sales Trainer
Matt L. Rix has been involved in New Home Sales since 2002. He has worked for various New Home Builders in the Southwestern United States, most recently with DR Horton in New Mexico.
Matt’s unique background of motivational speaking and new Home Sales allows him to promote the benefits of New Home Sales training using specific emotional triggers to create a desired response within potential buyers.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University Texas El Paso and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. His career comprises 27 years spanning executive-level communications, international sales and marketing, corporate presentations, direct response copywriting, and over 10 years as a professional stand-up comedian and entertainer.

With more than 18 years in the real estate industry as both owner and designated broker, Mike was an Associate Broker for two Robson Communities (Sun Lakes and Saddle Brooke), as well as a Sales Associate for Estes Homes and New World Homes.
