As the Chief Executive Officer, the organization is complemented by her 10+ years of business ownership. Her background includes extensive experience in the area of model merchandising, evaluation of exterior & interior model design, sales office design and layout. Michael holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Columbia University. He has a proven historical track record of structuring real estate financing. He is responsible for making key decisions in the growth and financial strength of the company.

Scot Wendorf ~ President
Scot graduated from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois with a Finance Degree. He has been involved in real estate as a licensed Salesperson and Broker since 1991. Scot was the President of Emerge Development, Inc. in Chicago where he was in charge of building and selling houses in the Chicagoland market. He is familiar with the issues that a developer faces when staffing a sales team and the goals that must be met in a timely manner. His first hand experience as a Real Estate Broker in Illinois and Arizona helps him relate to the real estate issues that are encountered daily and how to resolve them. Scots leadership and 25 years in all facets of the real estate industry are an asset for every employee and client of Hyland Bay to rely on whenever they feel necessary.

Jennifer West ~ Vice President of Staffing
Jennifer is a very positive and energetic force on our staff. She knows how to work under time sensitive pressure situations, while keeping her positive attitude. She strives to provide the BEST customer service possible at all times. She is committed to providing our clients fast, quality service. Jennifer currently manages a staff of more then 80 real estate professionals within our Intern Program. These Interns are the new home sales associates of tomorrow. Jennifer manages the scheduling of their time as onsite sales associates at our more then 18 home builder communities where they gain invaluable experience of more than 10 years.
