HYLAND BAY’S Performance Evaluations (AKA “Mystery Shops”) give the homebuilders and developers an unbiased review of their own company. The report provides the current status of each sales team or individual salesperson, then provides the client with a complete report of suggestions and how to implement the actions needed to improve productivity.
The clients team will be evaluated in all aspects of the selling process. The positives and negatives will be reported back to the client.
