This course is designed for the experienced Sales Associate and features a review and continuation of the Continuous Selling Cycle. It refreshes selling techniques and enhances skills. Also addressed are the discovery process, model home demonstration, the construction process and advanced closing skills.
Pro Series ~ Building a Winning Team (1 Day or 2 Days)
The goal for this workshop is to develop a flawless sale to close experience for both the buyer and the builder. This will create an exceptional buying experience. The workshop is a hands on activity and includes a lot of group activity. The key departments (sales, construction, design center, mortgage lending and title company) come together to improve interaction, increase communication and have a complete understanding of all related elements in the process. The end result will be an enhanced builder image, meeting and exceeding the buyers expectations and best of all, being part of a WINNING TEAM.
The Perfect Score (1 Day)
This workshop teaches how a performance evaluation (Mystery Shop) is an effective tool when used as an educational opportunity to determine a Sales Associates strengths and weaknesses. It shows how a plan can be drawn to improve weaknesses. This workshop also renews understanding of what is expected of a Sales Associate and how to convert prospects into buyers. In order to become a great closer, you must first gain an understanding of the entire sales process. This workshop touches on the key issues in the sales process. During the discovery portion of the interview process you will lay the ground work for effectively asking the right questions to lead into asking for the sale. Priorities for Successful Sales Management is an upper level course that guides participants through the development of a leader. It uses time-proven principals applicable to new home sales and addresses important issues Management face on a daily basis. Sticks and Bricks I and II (3 hours each)
This class will focus on the New Home Construction aspect of Real Estate and is a must for ANY agent that wants to learn more about construction. Understanding the buyer profile and need to communicate the process, understanding new trends, how much to customize, timelines and much more. The class provides the student with 3 CE hours in the focus of Contract law.
